i have been wanting to buy a bengal cat and an italian greyhound and or a maltese and some other pets as soon as i buy myself a new house. because they are my favourite breeds and after lot of research i have concluded it has to be them. i also wanted to own some exotic pets and have some rodents, hamsters and rabbits. and some birds..
but does anyone know of anybody who can co-exist with a house full of animals.or am i going to make a fool of myself in the bargain..i have owned pets all my life …just not together.

I have 8 cats (each about a year and a half to two years old), and a Puggle named Jake that turned 2 years old today. We let my cats run around the house, and we keep Jake in his own room and let him in the backyard for an hour or two every day. We want to let my Jake run around the house, so we’re having a trainer come in and train him to not destroy the furniture and such. The trainer says she can train him to ignore the cats, but what about the cats?
Earlier today when we were letting Jake run around free, he got too close to my cat, Trevor. Trevor hissed at Jake and lashed out with his claws, cutting Jake’s ear open. We had to bring him to the vet and for the next 24 hours his ear will be bandaged.
Is there a way to avoid another injury like this without having to separate the cats from the dog?

We’ve had our burmese cat now a year so he’s only still young. We just bought an 8 week old puppy… a black maltese x shi tzu….. our cat Romeo hates her… keeps spitting and just goes off and sulks although we still pay him a lot of attention. Any advice??

im 13 and i live with my mom in an apartment.i have a cat but shes not very affectionate.i reallllly want a maltese puppy.my moms scared the landlord will see it & kick us out.but ive had lots of dogs b4 and i know how to deal with them and take care of them.the main thing shes concerned about is its barking and peeing.how do i convince my mom that we can work it out.cuz i know we can.
oh p.s i know i posted something like this already but i need lots of answers so i can have some choices
